I’ve been working with nutrition clients for 12 years and have really honed in on a key piece of lasting weight loss: the immune system. I use an immune centric approach to fat loss because it is a key player

Is Lean for Life a certain diet (i.e. paleo, keto, vegan, etc.?)

No. Lean for Life is made of different nutrition principles, but isn’t a specific diet. Lean for Life is laid out thoughtfully to help you learn an eating style that helps you lose weight and keep it off. You will see times we use real food carb days, intermittent fasting, meal timing, low carb days and more. Lean for Life considers how the body works to lose weight, keep it off, and stay healthy.

I’m a Vegan/Vegetarian. Can I do Lean for Life?

Yes, however recipe modifications would be left up to you. The recipes are designed using animal products, but you can make vegetarian swaps as you choose. You would also learn the nutrition strategies we are using in Lean for Life and make dietary modifications to fit your preferences or needs.

How is Lean for Life different from other programs?

Lean for Life goes beyond the standard calorie or macro counting approach. It considers how inflammation and gut health play a role in lasting fat loss. Yes calories matter in regards to weight loss, but to lose weight and keep it off, we consider conversations that go beyond calories and macros.

What do I have to do to get the results I want?

Are there any recipes?

Is there an exercise component to Lean for Life?

No. The most important aspect of fat loss is nutrition strategies. You are encouraged to have an exercise routine, but Lean for Life is a food and nutrition specific program.
