The immune-centric approach flips what we have always known about weight loss on its head. It addresses how the body really works in regards to weight loss and in the next 5 years it will become mainstream. Simply because it works.

I’ve tried so many different diets and approaches in the past, why would Lean for Life be any different?
Lean for Life goes beyond traditional weight loss approaches. It goes beyond calorie counting and macro counting. It considers how the immune system, inflammation, and gut health all play a role in losing weight and keeping it off. Yes, calories matter, but easier and lasting weight loss goes beyond simply calorie counting.
I don’t want to spend more money on something that might work.
You can read our Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee. Lean for Life has, and continues to work for our clients (make sure you read some of the testimonials!) so we are confident it can work for you, too. It’s important to remember that in order for Lean for Life to work, you will need to show up and stay committed to the process. It can’t be something you try for a week or 2 and then decide it doesn’t work. It takes commitment to the process.
It’s not the right time for me.
There’s never going to be a perfect time, so you might as well start now. Your health is important and pushing off taking Lean for Life will just delay you reaching your health and weight loss goals to some undecided point in the future. It’s better to take the program and start to implement the strategies now, even in imperfect timing. Lean for Life is a powerful program and can start shifting your health and weight in the right direction, even if you aren’t able to give it your full 100%.
4 weeks of going through the Lean for Life program is a great start to your health and weight loss journey. Losing weight and improving your health takes time. Commitment to the process as well and patience and diligence with your efforts will allow you to reap the benefits that Lean for Life has to offer. Changes do not happen overnight, but instead, can take time and it’s important to consider your overall wellness. Be mindful of other areas of improvement such as better sleep, less aches and pains, improved mood, better digestion, clothes fitting better, and improved mindset.

No. Lean for Life is made of different nutrition principles, but isn’t a specific diet. Lean for Life is laid out thoughtfully to help you learn an eating style that helps you lose weight and keep it off. You will see times we use real food carb days, intermittent fasting, meal timing, low carb days and more. Lean for Life considers how the body works to lose weight, keep it off, and stay healthy.
Yes, however recipe modifications would be left up to you. The recipes are designed using animal products, but you can make vegetarian swaps as you choose. You would also learn the nutrition strategies we are using in Lean for Life and make dietary modifications to fit your preferences or needs.
Lean for Life goes beyond the standard calorie or macro counting approach. It considers how inflammation and gut health play a role in lasting fat loss. Yes calories matter in regards to weight loss, but to lose weight and keep it off, we consider conversations that go beyond calories and macros.
Shift your mindset away from perfectionism to consistency. Have an open mind about any new principles you may learn in Lean for Life and stay committed to your success. Show up and ask questions you may have and put in the work. Your health and metabolism will thank you.
Yes. Each week you’ll have a new set of recipes to go alongside the nutrition strategies we are discussing.
Lean for Life comes with recommended supplements to amplify your nutrition efforts. They are optional. Food is the most important aspect of the program.

No. The most important aspect of fat loss is nutrition strategies. You are encouraged to have an exercise routine, but Lean for Life is a food and nutrition specific program.
